Payment Policy

Booking and purchasing International Center for Quality Pioneers Limited (ICQP) products/Services online 

 General 

Credit card payment is available online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. 

Your registration or booking will be submitted immediately for activation once you completed your online payment. Your credit card details will NOT be retained by ICQP after the transaction. 

No refund will be given if the participant fails to attend the course, nor if the participant withdraws from the course at any stage for any reason, including illness. 

 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Training Courses & eSeminars/Webinars 

We require five clear working days notice of a cancellation to approve a refund less 20% administration fee or transfer to another course.  If you are unable to give such notice, we would be happy for you to arrange for another person to attend on the day.  Unless such notice is given within this time frame, full course fees are payable and refunds will not be given. Registrations that are cancelled with less than five working days notice will not be eligible for a transfer to another date, or refund.  Should a course fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel it.  

 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Events and Conferences 

Standard Event 
ICQP requires ten clear working days notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund. Unless otherwise stated a 20% administration charge will apply. Also on ten clear working days notice you may arrange another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full conference fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However, you can still receive the conference documentation, where available. 

ICQP reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices, event dates and venues.  ICQP also reserves the right to cancel any part of the event.  Should a conference or event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel the event.  In the event of cancellation, total refunds and damages are limited to the value of the paid registration. 

Any materials, presentations, language or statements made by our presenters, speakers, partners or sponsors do not necessarily reflect the views of International Center for Quality Pioneers Limited (ICQP). 

Major Event
For the event type “Major Event” there are no exchanges or refunds except as required by law.  If you are unable to attend, you can provide a substitute on ten clear working days notice.  If a refund is made, ICQP may retain a 20% administration fee.  If you are unable to attend and no refund is issued, you may still receive the conference documentation, where available. 

ICQP reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, event dates and venues.  ICQP also reserves the right to cancel any part of the event.   In the event of cancellation, total refunds and damages, where required by law, are limited to the value of the paid registration.

 We are governed by the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trade Act of NZ and we remain compliant to remedy our customers should such matters arise under the laws and our policies.
